3rd push-up progression#1200

?

I’m on the third push-up progression which is slightly lower incline push-ups but I don’t have anything safe that I can use to do them. Should I just skip it and go straight knee push-ups?

Id say try it and see how you do. If its too much of a gap between progressions, you can always add a set or two extra to Progression 2
