I have a big belly, and when i try to do the straight leg twists, i cant bring both palms to the floor, since the belly gets in the way.
I feel mostly a strech of the muscles in the back side of my thighs.
Is it ok? Should i just continue doing like this? Or do something else?
Its fine to continue however if its uncomfortable, you can always substitute them for basic floor crunches in the interim
