Even easier progression knee raises#1198

First of all, thank you so much for all you do! You really inspired me to start to move again and provided me with a routine that I could easily include in my life, I am so thankful!
I really struggled with not being able to do even the easy Knee Raise Variation. I couldn’t keep my back on the ground and my core is way to weak at this point. In the YouTube shorts I stumbled upon one, where Hampton explained Knee Raises you do sitting on a chair, and this really helps. I am able to do those and am making progress. Maybe you could include these as first Progression in the App/ Routine, for the really musclesless :)

I’ll let Hampton know, I think it’s a good suggestion really and I see no reason not to include it!
