How can I change the fitness level and workout level?
Hey ivy :) I’m assuming this is in relation to the app?
As of right now there would be no way to skip ahead, you’d just have to work through the easier progressions! Either by actually doing it - which we recommend since it’s always good to revise a bit and get practice, or by just entering the necessary reps and sets to meet the level 3 standards so that it progresses you to the next progression while working with your actual current level and taking note of that by hand until the two align!
