I’m 15 and I have doubts about if there is anything wrong with doing the hybrid routine and pure strength routine together
it would frankly end up being too much yea! I definitely don’t recommend that

Id probably do one or the other for now as one is geared more toward strength and the other muscular endurance. An option for you could be to do strength for 6 to 8 weeks followed by a 4 week deload using Hybrid. Theres tons of different options including what Lars laid out for you above
