Head Pressure when doing Pushups#1187

When I do pushups, I tend to find that I feel a lot of pressure building up in my head, which doesn’t stop until i stop holding the plank position. Is this common and normal, or is there a way to alleviate it?

I used to get that when i had my jaw clenched out of habit doing those. Id say to try and keep neutral spine as much as possible and keep your breathing constant. Hows your form?
