Can’t Extend Arm After Workout#1184

I’m having trouble extending my right arm without it being painful after my last few workouts. I’ve been careful to try and rest my arm, but this has happened a few times after arm focused workouts. Any ways to help it heal faster or stop it from happening in the future?

Care to elaborate a bit more on what you’re feeling and what your workout consisted of?

If you’re still relatively new to the arm training and did a lot, it could just be that you’ve gotten excessively sore - but it could also be a bit of an injury, really depends on what the pain feels like and where you feel it

does it feel like it’s in your muscles or perhaps closer to your joints? Is the pain sharp or more dull? :)

It may be too much volume at the moment. Try doing 1 less set each workout and see if that alleviates the issue
