What if I can’t do an exercise? The progression is too quick. Also, how do I amend when I save an extra set or have to change something? Can there be an alternative set?
Is this in regards to the app or just the routine in general?
You progress at your own pace and the level 3 standards are typically high enough for you to be able to do the next progression without any issues - but in case you are struggling somewhere, there are usually ways to make things a bit easier/harder at the bottom of the page!

And in terms of deviating from the routine - in the app there isn’t currently a option to add any sort of extras or edit things afterwards as far as I know - outside of the app you can of course just add another set (or do 1 less), or add a bit of a different exercise (some guidance here in case that’s what you meant! https://www.hybridcalisthenics.com/blog/customize-the-routine)
